Drum and Brass has grown fast over the last year and we have had to work hard to ensure this growth is sustainable. First and foremost, we have been working with VAL to develop our policies. We work with vulnerable people and their safety is a top priority. Our Safeguarding policy is therefore updated annually and our members are required to carry up-to-date DBS checks and are required to read our policies carefully. We have also updated our Finance policy to meet the greater levels of funding we now handle and we have a volunteer pack for those lovely people who work with us on our projects.
